Damages Policy
At Custom Picture Mounts, we take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if your items are damaged during shipping, please report the issue by email within 48 hours of receipt - making sure you include your order number.
To help us resolve the matter quickly, we require the following photographic evidence:
- Photos of both sides of the outer packaging showing the condition on arrival.
- Clear photos of the damage to the mounts.
- A close-up photo of the shipping label on the package.
Once we receive all the required evidence and verify the damage, we will replace the affected items at no additional cost, matching the exact specifications of your original order.
Please note: Failure to report damages within 48 hours may affect our ability to provide a replacement.
