Is delivery available throughout the UK?
Yes, we deliver to all parts of the UK including Northern Ireland.
I live in Bedford, can I collect my order?
Yes, that's no problem. You will be offered the option to collect from us at the checkout. If you select this option we will email you when your order is ready to collect.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs £6.99 for orders under £50.00. Free shipping is available for orders over £50.00. This includes shipping to the Scottish Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland.
How long does delivery take?
We strive to manufacture and dispatch all orders within 2–3 working days. Once your order is ready, it will be shipped using next-day delivery via Parcelforce or DPD.
Can I place my order over the phone?
We ask that all orders be placed through our website so we have all the necessary information to process your order accurately and efficiently. This helps us avoid any misunderstandings and ensures your order is handled smoothly from start to finish.
Do you offer guidance on measuring correctly?
As you design your mount, you’ll find helpful tooltips next to each option explaining how to measure your artwork. For more detailed guidance, you can also visit our dedicated measuring advice page.
Is your mount board acid-free?
Yes, all our mounts are cut from 1400 micron (1.4mm) acid-free board supplied by Larson-Juhl. The white core range we use meets the Fine Art Trade Guild’s Level 3 standard, making it suitable for long-term presentation and general framing.
Can I order mount colour samples?
We’re happy to send out small colour samples of our mounts so you can see the options before ordering. Please note there is a small charge of £1.95 to cover postage and handling costs.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging every order, but in the rare event your item arrives damaged, please report it by email within 48 hours of delivery. You’ll need to provide your order number and photographs of the damage and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.

What is your returns policy?
All of our picture mounts are custom made to your exact specifications, which means we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is damaged or faulty. Please double-check your measurements before placing an order.

If you live local our factory in Bedford is open from 9am - 5pm Monday to Saturday. You can place your orders online and choose to collect in-store.
